Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:

• Assisting with surgical procedures by effectively preparing and organizing the operating room
• Ensuring sterile fields are maintained and infection control standards are upheld
• Providing the necessary instruments and materials to surgeons and surgical teams
• Managing and preparing surgical equipment before, during, and after surgical operations
• Keeping track of supplies while preparing for each surgery
• Working collaboratively with a diverse team of nurses, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff to provide top-tier care
• Maintaining accurate surgical counts as well as detailed documentation

Education Requirements:

• Completion of a recognized Surgical Technology program
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory

Certifications Needed:

• Current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential is essential
• BLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire)
