Anduril’s Air Maneuver group within the Maneuver Dominance Division, one of Anduril’s fastest growing divisions, has assembled a diverse team of experts, including aerospace, mechanical, and electrical engineers, alongside software, robotics, artificial intelligence, sensor fusion, and data analysis specialists. Together, we create cutting-edge vehicle-centric hardware and software solutions that radically evolve the capabilities of our customers. We are fielding the next generation of autonomous vehicle systems to tackle the extremely challenging industry demands. Our focus is on delivering advanced tactical unmanned vehicle systems, battlefield intelligence, and flexible ground and air autonomy solutions. If you are passionate about solving problems that have real impact and working on systems that directly contribute to achieving national strategic priorities, we want you to join Anduril and help us build the future of defense capability.WHAT YOU'LL DOPartner with Division and Anduril leadership to build out and run the staffing machine for our organization, enabling efficient in country recruiting, facility and infrastructure standup, and allocation of resources as the organization scales.Support our corporate planning cycle by building and managing the local business operations functions such as monitor performance against goals, financial plans, and headcount plans so we can hit our aggressive growth targets.Work with Product Engineering and Test and Evaluation teams to find and close operations gaps and ensure seamless execution of program schedule.Serve as liaison to Anduril UK for international trade and export compliance mattersRegularly monitor and analyze recruiting, staffing, and financial progress against plans and provide recommendations to leadership for resource planning and reallocationWork with Anduril’s Business Operations, Analytics, and Finance teams to build out infrastructure to enable the Division to monitor and optimize the demand vs supply of resourcing across our most critical programsLead various strategic initiatives and projects as directed by leadership and the Head of Division Operations, ensuring they align with the overall business strategy and objectivesCoordinate and prepare for executive leadership meetings with partners and customers, including setting agendas, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-through.Develop fundamental knowledge of Anduril product solutions to support regional growth and capture activitiesREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSYou have 7 - 10 years of experience in consulting, operations, finance, or general business analysis.You have a strong background in executing business operations and driving outcomesStrong ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, key business and program executionYou have strong fundamentals in operational accounting and financeYou love solving complex, ambiguous, cross-functional problems in a people-centric wayYou’re both high ownership and low ego, approaching everything with strong outcome orientation and high humilityYou get energy from being a thought partner for others and it excites you to spend time translating operational problems into data problems, and to then going and executing on themYou’re discerning and an incredibly fast learnerYou’re tactical and don’t only sit at a 30,000 foot levelEligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance in United StatesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience working at or with Aerospace & Defense companies, Robotics, Technology, or other manufacturing heavy companies directly or in an advisory capacityExperience with vertical lift platforms or adjacent technologiesExperience working at a startup or ability to establish processes and SOPs from scratchUS Salary Range$166,000—$220,000 USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
