Service Desk Engineer – Onsite, Oklahoma City, OK Are you a tech‑savvy problem solver who enjoys helping people with their IT issues? We’re looking for a Service Desk Engineer to join our team in Oklahoma City. This is a full‑time, permanent onsite role with a competitive salary. What You’ll Do Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, and software applications. Troubleshoot and resolve Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022 issues. Manage user accounts, passwords, and access through Active Directory . Support Microsoft Office 365/Outlook and collaboration tools. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software. Assist with patching, updates, and system upgrades. Handle tickets, incidents, and problem resolution with a focus on excellent customer service . Coordinate with other IT teams for escalations and solutions. What You Bring 4–5 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or end‑user support. Hands‑on experience with Windows 11 and familiarity with Windows Server 2022 . Knowledge of Active Directory , Group Policies , and user management. Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy . Understanding of basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP). Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. Nice to Have Microsoft certifications (MCSA or Modern Desktop Administrator Associate). Experience with endpoint management tools like Intune or SCCM .
