Korn Ferry is partnering with executive leadership at Hennepin Healthcare to identify an accomplished enterprise-wide Laboratory Leader to guide one of the region's most complex and mission-driven laboratory organizations. As Minnesota's premier safety-net academic health system and home to a nationally recognized Level I Adult and Pediatric Trauma Center, Hennepin offers a unique opportunity to drive operational excellence, workforce engagement, innovation, and strategic growth across a high-volume laboratory enterprise.

The Opportunity

This leader will provide strategic and operational oversight for inpatient, ambulatory, pathology, and outreach laboratory services across the organization. Partnering closely with medical directors and executive leadership, the Laboratory Leader will shape the future of laboratory services through quality improvement, operational optimization, workforce development, financial stewardship, and business growth initiatives.
