Project Manager – Water and Wastewater Execute large, complex projects independently within the water and wastewater industry. Manage the full scope of projects, including change control, schedule, budget, and risk. Implement change control measures to manage modifications in project scope effectively. Monitor and control project progress to ensure on‑time and within budget completion. Investigate potential critical situations and take corrective actions proactively. Represent the company in project meetings and strategic sessions. Interpret and communicate plans and contract terms to administrative staff, customers, and end‑users. Prepare detailed reports on work progress, costs, and scheduling. Qualifications 10+ years of project management experience within construction, water/wastewater industry, and/or system integration. Deep understanding of Power Distribution and I&C. Understanding of applicable regulatory requirements. Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner; written and verbal. Represent the company responsibly. Regularly attend formal training, review journals, publications, and other valuable resources to continuously develop knowledge of current technologies. Understanding of manufacturing workflow, including planning activities. Willingness to travel up to 20%. Preferred bachelor’s degree in construction management. PMP certification.
