Job Description

Join our dynamic team in the Inpatient Rehabilitation unit where you will provide compassionate care to patients in a supportive environment. You will work closely with an experienced staff to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients requiring rehabilitation.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living and therapeutic exercises.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• BLS Certification required.
• Experience in rehabilitation or med-surg nursing with IV experience is mandatory.
• Wound care experience is preferred.
