Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.

Shift Details

• 12-Hour Day Shifts: 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM
• Every Other Weekend: Friday and Saturday
• On-call and holiday rotation responsibilities
• Required to work 2 out of 3 major holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and effective patient care in the emergency department.
• Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
• Participate in emergency response situations and provide care in fast-paced environments.
• May float to Psych Hold area as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Room nursing.
• At least 1 year of prior travel experience in an ER setting is mandatory.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI.

Work Conditions

This position may require mandatory overtime as part of the unit's staffing pool. Candidates should be prepared to work additional hours as necessary to ensure quality patient coverage.
