Make-Ready & Maintenance Technician
Birchstone Residential
Birchstone Residential is seeking a Make Ready Technician to prepare apartments and homes for new residents at their Birchstone community. You will perform basic maintenance and repairs, complete service requests on time, and support special projects including capital improvements. You will work with the Service Manager, conduct inspections, manage tools and supplies, and assist with on-call emergencies while maintaining safety and quality standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr Birchstone Residential
