About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their dynamic team. The CFO will be a key strategic partner to the CEO, working closely with the executive team and shared service center. The role demands a financial expert with a hands-on and pragmatic approach, capable of setting and executing strategic financial plans. The CFO will also be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of finance specialists, ensuring optimal collaboration and talent development. The successful candidate must be WO-educated in a business or economic discipline, preferably with an RC qualification, and have a proven track record in business control. A minimum of 10 years in finance, including at least 5 years in a leadership role, is required, with specific experience in BtB professional services and products, particularly within the IT sector. The CFO should have the ability to build bridges between departments and stakeholders, both internally and externally, and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, particularly in the context of financial management. Critical thinking and a sharp focus on financial data are essential, as is the ability to operate within the dynamic of a family business. The ideal candidate for the CFO position at the company will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of both setting and executing financial plans. The role requires a leader with a strong financial background, including a WO degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with a focus on business control. Experience in the BtB professional services and products, particularly in the IT sector, is a must, as is the ability to manage the financial dynamics of a family business. The CFO will be responsible for leading a team of finance specialists, so a proven track record in a leadership role is essential. The candidate should be a resident of the eastern Netherlands, with a strong preference for the Twente region, to ensure visibility at the company's headquarters and a close connection with the Münster office.
