Internal Medicine Physician

Solomon Medical is hiring a full-time physician for our Monterey County post-acute care programs serving skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in Salinas and Monterey. This role is a strong fit for an Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or Hospitalist physician who enjoys complex patient care but wants a more flexible and sustainable schedule than many hospital-based roles.

Physicians typically round in skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities, manage post-acute and long-term care patients, collaborate with facility teams and remain available for clinical follow-up during scheduled coverage hours. The role offers meaningful autonomy, steady clinical variety and the ability to build long-term relationships with patients, families, and care teams.

You will not be on your own. Solomon Medical provides medical leadership, APP collaboration and a dedicated operations team that helps keep workflows organized and manageable. Providers care for a broad range of medical and rehabilitation cases and work closely with interdisciplinary care teams to support continuity of care and patient outcomes.
