Intake Supervisor | Up To $100k Base

Title: Intake Supervisor | $100k Base | On-site

Location: Houston, TX (On-Site)

Practice Area: Plaintiff Personal Injury

A growing Plaintiff Personal Injury firm is seeking an experienced Intake Supervisor to lead and support a high-volume intake operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intake workflows and case screening processes

• Review police reports and supporting documentation

• Ensure complete and accurate intake records

• Assist with prospective client evaluations

• Support and mentor intake team members

• Maintain exceptional client service standards

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience

• Experience managing or supervising intake operations preferred

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• High-volume case experience required

• Spanish bilingual preferred

• Experience obtaining and reviewing police reports

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $70,000 – $85,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
