HR Manager The Villarreal Organization, Inc Las Vegas, Nevada, United States The HR Manager supports Advantixx and its operated companies through professional, accountable work within Human Resources. You will lead employee lifecycle operations, policies, employee relations, manager support, records, compliance, onboarding, and workforce programs. WHAT YOU’LL DO Perform the core duties of the position accurately, timely, and in accordance with company procedures. Coordinate with leaders, colleagues, vendors, and business units to complete assigned priorities. Maintain organized records, reports, workflows, and follow-up documentation. Protect confidential company, employee, customer, financial, and operational information. Identify risks, elevate concerns promptly, and support continuous process improvement. Meet established service, quality, productivity, and compliance expectations. Perform other reasonable duties consistent with the position and business needs. QUALIFICATIONS Relevant education, training, or experience appropriate to the position. Strong organization, communication, judgment, and follow-through. Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively with limited supervision. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or comparable business systems. Ability to work onsite in Las Vegas, Nevada, unless otherwise approved. Employment is at will to the extent permitted by Nevada law.
