Future Opening: Member Services Representative Looking to pick up extra hours? Join our team as a Seasonal Member Service Representative. You’ll provide flexible support when needed. As a seasonal Member Services Representative at Excel Fitness, you will help create a positive member experience through outstanding customer service and cleanliness at our front desk. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by filling in for available shifts when needed. Be on call to assist with shift coverage as needed. Check members into the system. Take prospective members on tours and assist with new account sign‑up. Facilitate updates to member accounts. Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed. Perform detailed cleaning in all areas of the facility. Qualifications and Requirements Exceptional customer service skills with a positive, professional attitude. People with positive mental attitudes excel here. Preferred customer service background. Punctuality and reliability are a must. Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions. Must be 18 years of age or older. Physical Demands Continual standing and walking during shift. Continual talking in person or on the phone. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Will occasionally encounter commercial cleaning products. Compensation Pay: $12.41 per hour.
