Overview The Senior Business Data Analyst on Intuit's Modern Ops Expert Planning team plays a critical role in shaping how we deliver world-class customer experiences at scale. This role leads the development and standardization of optimized network plans across Intuit's Consumer Group (CG) operations — the TurboTax and TurboTax Live tax business, setting the analytical foundation that balances customer experience, employee experience, and cost efficiency. It drives cross-functional alignment on capacity planning assumptions, defines the KPI frameworks and success criteria that anchor strategic decisions for new product and channel rollouts, and ensures operational readiness through rigorous analysis, forecasting, and process standardization. Operating at the intersection of data, delivery, and strategy, this role partners closely with and influences Director+ stakeholders across Product, Service Delivery, Partner Management, Talent Acquisition, and Finance.
