Occupational Therapist - The Woodlands, TX (Accepting New Grads)
Shift Schedule: Day/Night (Flexible Scheduling) Job Types: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on ADLs, IADLs, mobility, and functional independence.
- Provide occupational therapy services across home health and outpatient settings as applicable.
- Work with diverse populations, including pediatrics, geriatrics, and individuals with developmental delays or disabilities.
- Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and discharge planning.
Qualifications:
- Valid state Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
- Experience in outpatient, home health, pediatrics, or geriatrics preferred.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to individual patient needs.
