Leading a team of Security and IT technical program managers, the full-time salaried Cyber Security Program Manager will oversee the Cyber Security and IT program management portfolio, ensuring effective delivery of high-impact initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategy and execution. Key responsibilities Lead and develop a team of technical program managers, focusing on hiring, coaching, and performance management Own the Cyber Security and IT program management portfolio, managing program scoping, prioritization, and delivery Partner with leadership to create a prioritized program roadmap and manage enterprise-wide delivery risks and dependencies Required qualifications 6-8+ years in program management or a similar role in a technology company, with at least 2 years of people management experience Proven track record of building and leading high-performing program or delivery teams Deep expertise in program management best practices and tools across the project lifecycle Strong technical aptitude and understanding of information security frameworks (e.g., NIST, PCI-DSS, HITRUST) Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
