One of our clients in Alexandria, VA needs a Program Manager for a Contract position.

• Travel: On-site

Job Description:


Functional Responsibility:


Oversees the entire program of the contract and all associated teams. Ensures that deliverables are provided, and SLAs are adhered. Communicates with key government personnel including (but not limited to) the SDDO Director, Call Center Manager and COR. Provides administrative direction to corporate resources, has the corporate authority to recruit, hire, terminate personnel and commit corporate resources.

Minimum/General Experience:
Holds ITIL Certification. May hold 1 or more Help Desk Institute (HDI) certifications. HDI Support Center Director is preferred. Fifteen (15) years of management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.



Minimum Education:
BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Management, or equivalent.
