Data Analyst (3-5 Years)

Job Title: Data Analyst (3-5 Years) Location: Phoenix, AZ / Charlotte, NC / Sunrise, FL (Hybrid - 2 Days Onsite) Duration: 6 Months Contract Client: BFSI Job Summary We are seeking a Data Analyst with 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, automation, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with Python and/or Java scripting , expertise in SQL , and exposure to Call Center/Contact Center technologies . Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models. Develop automation scripts using Python and/or Java. Perform data integration, cleansing, validation, and ETL activities. Work with Contact Center Operations and Business teams to gather reporting requirements. Analyze Contact Center KPIs including AHT, SLA, CSAT, FCR, Occupancy, and Workforce metrics. Develop SQL queries and perform root cause analysis. Collaborate with cloud and engineering teams on analytics initiatives. Ensure data quality and governance standards. Work within Agile project environments. Required Skills 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst. Strong hands-on experience with Python and/or Java scripting . Strong SQL and relational database experience. Experience with Power BI or Tableau . Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes. Hands-on experience with Call Center/Contact Center technologies such as: Genesys Five9 NICE Avaya Cisco Amazon Connect Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience working in Agile environments. Preferred Skills Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (preferred), AWS, or Azure. Cloud-based analytics and data services. Knowledge of Contact Center operational KPIs and Workforce Management. Exposure to AI/ML-based analytics and reporting. Ability to engage and manage integration and implementation activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. AceStack LLC
