What You'll Do

  • Provide high-quality care to acutely ill, unstable patients in trauma, surgical, neuro, cardiac, obstetric, and medical units
  • Monitor and assess patients with Q1H or more frequent intervals
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Administer medications and interventions per physician orders
  • Respond swiftly to patient changes and emergencies
  • Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
  • Support patient and family education and communication

What You Need

  • Current Massachusetts RN license and BLS/ACLS certification
  • At least 2 years of critical care or ICU experience
  • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work night shifts and handle high-acuity patients
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
