That’s why we need an experienced test engineer like you who knows how to thoroughly test software and work with developers to make sure our team releases the best software possible. As a Test Engineer on our team, you’ll use your experience to work with developers and engineers to evaluate software developed for the Army and Booz Allen. You’ll create a test plan with test cases based on user stories. Using manual and automated processes, you’ll generate data and implement test cases to observe how the software performs, then document the results and communicate defects to the development team so they can start improving the tool. You’ll automate continuous security and performance testing, and monitor the health of development systems and RF equipment. This is an opportunity to supercharge your skills by writing the code to test. You’ll also broaden your experience in RF effects and system integration to create a system of systems and gain skills in new areas such as capability development and refinement, while sharing your testing experience with your team. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
