Are you a strategic marketer who knows how to turn big ideas into action?

We are seeking a Brand Manager to join a growing organization in a highly regulated industry. This individual will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), serving as a key partner in managing marketing initiatives, coordinating campaigns, and keeping projects moving forward.

We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

What You'll Do:

• Partner directly with the CMO to execute marketing strategies and initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external marketing and creative agencies.
• Oversee multiple campaigns, landing pages, and marketing projects to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, timelines, and deliverables.
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure marketing materials meet regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, efficiency, and campaign performance.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in brand management, marketing operations, or campaign management.
• Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
• Experience managing external agencies and multiple marketing campaigns.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Experience in a regulated industry is a plus.
• A proactive, detail-oriented professional who can anticipate needs and keep initiatives on track.
• Must work onsite in Charlotte, NC, five days per week. No remote options available.
