This outpatient Internal Medicine role in Northern California is built for physicians who want to practice at a sustainable pace. Practice Overview:- 100% outpatient Internal Medicine in a modern clinic setting
- 12 to 15 patients per day to support thorough, unhurried visits
- No production requirements or pressure to increase volume
- Collaborative support staff designed to reduce administrative burden
- Practice model focused on continuity and long-term patient relationships
- $340,000 guaranteed salary with no RVU targets
- $40,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
