r Locatio n: Milwaukee, W I or Auburn Hills, MI (Onsit e) Position Overv iewClient is seeking an experienc ed Product Desig ner with strong expertise in CREO CAD a nd automotive Key Fob/Digital Key Fob product design. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and developing automotive access systems, working closely with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality products from concept through producti on.Key Responsibilit iesDesign and develop automoti ve Key Fob/Digital Key Fob products usi ng PTC C r eo.Create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawin gs.Support product development from concept through prototype, validation, and production relea se.Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, and supplier teams to ensure design feasibili ty.Perform design reviews and incorporate engineering changes as need ed.Ensure designs meet customer specifications, quality standards, and manufacturing requiremen ts.Support DFM/DFA activities and resolve design-related manufacturing issu es.Maintain engineering documentation, BOMs, and revision contr ol.Required Qualificati onsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related fie ld.5+ years of experience in automotive product desi gn.Expert-level proficiency in PTC Creo CAD (Mandator y).Experience creating complex parts, assemblies, and detailed engineering drawin gs.Strong understanding of GD&T, tolerance stack-up, and manufacturing process es.Experience working with PLM/PDM syste ms.Excellent problem-solving and communication skil ls.Preferred Qualificati onsExperience with automotive access systems, passive entry, or smart key technologi es.Knowledge of injection-molded plastic components and electronic packagi ng.Familiarity with automotive product development processes and AP QP.Experience working with OEMs or Tier-1 automotive supplie #J-18808-Ljbffr Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group
