What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality ICU patient care, ensuring safety and comfort
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Adapt care approaches to meet individual patient needs and privacy requirements
• Document all care activities accurately using Epic software
• Collaborate with healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in patient and family teaching, addressing their needs and questions

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• Current BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Certification
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment

• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Experience with Epic documentation
• Certification in clinical specialty areas
