Posting Locations Chicago, Peoria, Springfield, IL; or St. Louis, MO What You’ll Do Lead, manage and design healthcare projects across the firm, working closely with our architecture, engineering, business development and marketing teams. Lead our multi-disciplinary teams from concept to delivery. Participate in business development and project pursuits. Generate work and create long‑term client relationships. Develop, review, and approve proposals, reports, and contract documents. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s Degree Architecture, from an accredited program, required; Masters, preferred 10+ years of architectural work experience Knowledgeable in healthcare industry trends, evidence‑based design principles, and lean delivery methods. Demonstrated project management and supervisory experience. Success in developing new clients and maintaining strong client relationships. Proficient use of Revit a plus.
