NOW Courier is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Independent Contractor to service a new dedicated pharmacy delivery route within our established Indianapolis, IN operation. Your Mission

• Deliver with Clockwork Precision: Ensure prescriptions and other pharmacy deliveries are picked up and delivered safely and on time while maintaining NOW Courier's reputation for reliability and professionalism.
• Route Mastery: Utilize GPS or mapping software to efficiently complete scheduled deliveries, return trips, and secondary deliveries as needed.
• Exceptional Customer Service: Provide courteous, dependable service while interacting with pharmacy staff and customers.
• Problem Solving Skills: Adapt quickly to changing delivery requests and maintain timely, accurate deliveries throughout your shift.

Route Details & Schedule (Indianapolis Area)

• Compensation: Dedicated route paying $29.96 per hour + fuel surcharge for a minimum of 2 hours of delivery time.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Start/End Time: 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM
• Required Vehicle: Car
• Weekly Mileage: Approximately 150–200 miles
• Daily Stops: Various
• Geographical Area: Most deliveries are completed within a 30-mile radius of a hospital on the south side of Indianapolis. Drivers should be prepared to complete return trips and secondary deliveries as needed.
• Sorting: May need to sort pharmacy orders to ensure delivery accuracy.

Vehicle Requirements

• Candidates must possess a reliable car .
• The vehicle must be 2014 model year or newer . This ensures the vehicle meets modern safety and reliability standards while providing dependable transportation for deliveries.

To maintain our industry-leading fleet of professional drivers, you must meet the following:

• Age: Be at least 21 years of age.
• Vehicle: Own a vehicle that can pass a multi-point inspection and is suitable for delivery.
• Smartphone: Possess a smartphone capable of running our driver app.
• Licensing & Insurance: Hold a valid driver's license and commercial insurance coverage with a minimum of $300,000 combined single limit liability.
• Pre-Employment Screening: Successfully complete our pre-employment process before beginning work, which includes:
• Driving History Review (past 36 months)
• Criminal Background Check
• Substance Abuse (Drug) Screening
