Summary:

In this role, you will perform business analysis and develop solutions through comprehensive research, data evaluation, and strategic insight. The ideal candidate brings strong critical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and business acumen without a focus on software development or coding.

You will work across teams and data sources to support high-impact projects, identify business opportunities, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders. This role may also provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and typically owns specific projects or business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct tailored analyses using internal and external data to support strategic initiatives.
• Synthesize insights with consideration for competitive factors and organizational differentiators.
• Research best practices to inform data sourcing and analysis methods.
• Lead small to mid-sized projects, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
• Build strong relationships and maintain consistent communication with key stakeholders.
• Serve as a mentor and resource for less experienced colleagues.
• Prepare and deliver clear, well-supported recommendations to leadership and clients.
• Translate data insights into practical guidance that supports business decision-making.
• Facilitate meetings to gather requirements and document current business processes.
• Maintain key data sets and collaborate with partners to manage dependencies.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred in Business, Analytics, Healthcare, or related field.
• 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Proven experience in business analysis, consulting, or a related strategic function.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a business-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey insights to non-technical audiences.
• Proficient in tools such as Excel, Tableau, or other business intelligence platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a cross-functional environment.
• Leadership qualities, including mentoring and project ownership, are a plus.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $116,300.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
