Real Estate Portfolio Manager

Acting as a team lead in the negotiation and financial evaluation of real estate transactions, the full-time Associate Real Estate Portfolio Manager will manage the entire real estate portfolio remotely, ensuring compliance with corporate objectives and executing specialized projects as assigned. Key responsibilities Manage real estate transactions from start to finish, collaborating with brokers and negotiating deals for assigned business units Develop and execute diverse real estate strategies, leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion Continuously evaluate and improve real estate portfolio processes and maintain accurate records in the real estate database Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, finance, or a related field is required Master's degree in real estate or a related field is preferred Five (5) years or more of professional experience in commercial real estate is required
