Empower students and support positive behavioral change in a dynamic school setting. As an experienced professional with Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentials, you will collaborate with educational teams to create meaningful impact in the lives of children and adolescents.
Key qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification
- Demonstrated understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Experience working in school environments or with school-aged children strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to design and oversee effective behavior intervention plans
- Competence in data collection, analysis, and progress monitoring
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing students' behavioral and developmental needs within the educational environment
- Developing, implementing, and supervising behavior intervention plans
- Providing consultation, training, and ongoing support to educators and families
- Collecting and interpreting data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote positive student outcomes
- Ensuring compliance with relevant ethical guidelines and school policies
