Description Larson Dodge, Jeep, Ram is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our high-volume service department. This is a performance-driven role requiring prior experience in service advising, express service writing, or automotive technician work . What You Will Receive Salary: $74,000 - $136,000/year Competitive Commission Structure: Rewarding pay structure with potential for growth. 4.75% of RO parts and labor sales for CSI below zone. 5.25% for CSI above zone. 5.5% for CSI in the top 10% of the zone. Automotive dealership experience preferred, but not necessary. Ability to properly handle potentially stressful situations. Friendly, courteous, professional with a "team player" attitude.
