IP Prosecution and Litigation Attorney - Technology

Our client is a major international firm seeking a patent associate for its Intellectual Property practice in Boston, Denver, New York, San Francisco, Palo Alto, or Washington, DC. The salary range for this position is $235k to $310k. Experience in patent prosecution and patent litigation is required.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in both patent prosecution and IP litigation.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar disciplines. A graduate degree and/or industry experience are preferred.
• State bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.
• Admission to practice before the USPTO.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, along with strong analytical abilities.

All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
