An Occupational Therapy license is a must, but don't worry if you're just starting out; new graduates are encouraged to apply!What You'll Do:Perform comprehensive evaluations on a variety of orthopedic and neurologic conditions and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.Treat patients with a variety of orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses, including post-operative conditions, upper-extremity injuries, stroke, balance and coordination impairments, and other conditions affecting functional independence.Address activities of daily living (ADLs) to promote independence.Provide therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, functional activities, manual techniques, and other evidence-based interventions within the OT scope of practice.Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term wellness.Collaborate with physicians and other health care professionals and community partners.Contribute to a positive, supportive, and team-oriented clinical environment.Why Join Our Team:We invest in our therapists, and we make sure you love coming to work!
