Our organization has built more than 3.5 million square feet of projects, with an additional 300,000 square feet currently under construction. The Intrinsic Development team has successfully developed everything from hospitality venues, to mixed-use, multi-family, hotels, clinics, offices and restaurants across 6 Midwestern states. We are excited to expand into Lees Summit, Missouri which will be the new home for our corporate office. This expansion coincides with the launch of our new 260+ acre mixed-use development, which will feature approximately 2,900 luxury multi-family units, as well as over 660,000 square feet of retail, office, entertainment, hospitality space, and other related commercial uses./ppTHE LEASING SPECIALIST POSITION: Intrinsic Development is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Specialist to join the team at Alura Luxury Apartments, part of the exciting new Discovery Park development in Lees Summit. As a key member of our leasing team, this role serves as a brand ambassador, driving leasing success and delivering an exceptional first impression for future residents of this premier community./ppTHE LEASING SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES:/pulliResponsible for the entire lease signing process from lead to signed lease./liliDevelops relationships with potential residents practicing a consultative sales approach./liliTakes charge of follow-up process for all prospects and successfully determines next-steps depending on stage of process./liliKeeps meticulous notes and records of all telephone and in-person visits on guest cards and in Entrata./liliEnsures all paperwork, documents, signatures and deposits are collected from resident before approving move-in./liliDistributes and follows-up on renewal notices, creating a sense of urgency to re-sign lease./liliProvides exceptional service to residents by answering any questions, submitting maintenance requests and listening to concerns/complaints, working with Community Manager on appropriate resolutions./liliAssists with the move-in, move-out inspection process./liliAssists with daily inspection of show units, amenities and tour route promptly freshening/clearing trash or eye sores and reports concerns or repairs needed./liliAssists with outreach marketing activities to drive prospective resident traffic./liliAssists with market surveys by shopping competitive communities./liliAssists marketing team in planning and attendance of resident functions to ensure event success./liliAssists Management with additional tasks and special projects as needed./li/ulpTHE LEASING SPECIALIST QUALIFICATIONS:/pulliAvailability to participate in Saturday shift rotations (every other Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm)/liliAvailability to work weekdays from 9am to 6pm./liliSales and Customer Service experience a must!/liliStrong written and oral communication skills./liliSelf motivated, deadline driven and highly organized/liliFlexible and adaptable to changing situations./liliEffective listener with ability to understand needs of team members at all levels/liliInteract effectively with project team, client and reviewing authorities./li/ul/div
