We are seeking a skilled CNC 2, 3-Axis Lathe or3, 4, 5-Axis Programmer to join our dynamic team in Hartford, CT. • Develop and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam.
• Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce high-precision parts.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure program accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform quality checks on machined parts to ensure they meet specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machining issues as they arise.
• Maintain documentation of programs, setups, and revisions for future reference.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CNC technology.

• Proven experience in CNC programming.
• Proficiency in CAM software, particularly Mastercam.
• Experiience with Siemens controls & CamPlete Verification Software.
• Strong understanding of CNC lathe operations and machining principles.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
