Overview KidStrong Nashville is rapidly growing and we’re looking for talented, enthusiastic professionals who are passionate, energetic, and excited to engage with parents and kids and make an impact on their lives. We are a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals. Open Position & Schedule We have an immediate need for a high-energy, hyper-organized, passionate Sales Manager to lead our KidStrong Nashville (West Nashville and Franklin) locations. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for providing daily sales from leads for the Center. This position requires a solid understanding of sales and a passion to drive growth for the center. The Sales Manager must execute a lead generation/marketing strategies plan to increase sales and possess a high-caliber approach to organization. You should be self-motivated and driven to meet and beat goals. Sales Manager Responsibilities Giving tours and creating a welcoming first impression for families. Calling, texting, and emailing leads to schedule trial classes. Following up with families after trials and converting them into memberships. Explaining the KidStrong program and answering parent questions. Managing leads and member information in CRM systems like GloFox. Supporting member retention and maintaining relationships with families. Assisting with front desk operations and customer service. Works closely with the KidStrong General Manager to ensure that the staff and Center are looked after. Builds and maintains KidStrong class size through scheduling optimization. Communicate with staff for all trials and anything they need to know about the members. Provides and maintains the highest level of customer service. Job Qualifications Prior experience in outbound phone sales is strongly preferred Strong sales mentality and comfort with sales efforts Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings during the week (4p-7:30p) and weekends (at least 1 weekend morning 9a-2:30p) Promotional-oriented with the ability to schedule trials with a thorough vetting process Understanding of KPI, revenue, and performance metrics Excellent verbal and written communication skills Entrepreneurial spirit with an open, participative leadership style and drive for excellence Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor Practical experience using Microsoft Office and G-Suite Fitness, retail, and/or hospitality industry experience preferred Required to work at least three (3) weekday nights and at least one (1) weekend day Ideal Experience Outbound phone sales experience: 2+ years Customer Service: 2 years Required Shifts: Morning, Mid-Day, Evening, and Weekend Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour Our People Want to work with great people Want personal and professional growth Want to make an impact Note: This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
