Home Health Aide (HHA)

Location: Trenton, NJ 08610
Pay: Starting at $19.00/hour
Schedule: Per Diem | Flexible Scheduling | Weekly Pay Every Friday

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide one-on-one private-duty care to clients in their homes throughout Trenton, NJ and the surrounding Mercer County area.

This per diem position offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay every Friday, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with daily activities and medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Maintain client safety and comfort
• Transport clients using the client's vehicle when required by the care plan

Requirements

• Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification
• Valid driver's license
• Must be willing to drive clients using the client's vehicle as part of the care plan
• Current physical examination
• PPD, QuantiFERON, or chest X-ray as required
• Experience preferred; newly certified HHAs are encouraged to apply
