Outpatient Psychiatrist

CaroMont Psychiatric Associates is seeking a full‑time MD/DO Psychiatrist to join our established outpatient behavioral health team. This role offers a stable schedule, strong multidisciplinary support, and the opportunity to shape care for a diverse patient population. Position Highlights Multidisciplinary team of LMHPs, Psychologists, and dedicated medical assistants Private office; collaborative environment Opportunity to supervise 1–2 NPs Flexible M–F schedule , clinic closes at 5 PM 36 patient‑facing hours + 4 admin hours weekly Average 14 patients/day Mix of new evaluations, follow‑ups, and acute post‑discharge visits No procedures Preference for candidates willing to see some child/adolescent patients Call 1 weekend/month hospital rounding with 2 comp days (Mon/Tues) 1 weeknight/week home call for ED admissions Call shared among physicians Ideal Candidate A team‑oriented psychiatrist who values shared care, communicates well, and thrives in a multidisciplinary setting while supporting NP supervision. #J-18808-Ljbffr
