We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join a high-volume, upscale hospitality environment in Lebanon, OH. This role offers the opportunity to step into a key leadership position with full operational oversight, supporting a well-established and highly respected dining destination.

Position Overview

The AGM will act as a senior operational leader, overseeing day-to-day business performance, team leadership, and guest experience. This role is critical in preparing the business for its peak season, which drives the majority of annual revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily operations across a multi-level, high-volume hospitality environment
Provide direct oversight to Food & Beverage leadership and service management teams
Ensure exceptional guest experience through hands-on, visible leadership
Drive operational efficiency, staff performance, and service excellence
Support seasonal ramp-up planning and execution for peak business periods
Foster a positive, team-oriented culture with a long-tenured staff

Qualifications

5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, upscale dining, or related environment
Proven success managing high-volume operations and large revenue streams
Strong leadership presence with a polished, professional communication style
Ability to lead tenured teams through influence, credibility, and respect
Hands-on operator comfortable in a fast-paced, physically active environment
Local candidates strongly preferred
