Pronto Plumbing, Heating, Air & Drain is adding an experienced HVAC Service Technician to our residential service team. If you're confident diagnosing systems, making repairs, and working directly with homeowners, this is an opportunity to put your skills to work with a strong local service territory.

Top technicians have the opportunity to earn $85,000-$104,000 annually.

Most service calls are concentrated within approximately 15-30 miles of Camp Hill/Harrisburg , so you can spend more time servicing customers and less time driving across a large territory.

Your Day-to-Day

You'll handle residential HVAC service calls from diagnosis through completion, including:

• Troubleshooting heating and cooling equipment
• Diagnosing system performance issues
• Completing repairs and component replacements
• Performing preventative maintenance
• Recommending appropriate repair or service solutions
• Sizing HVAC equipment when required
• Explaining system issues and repair options to homeowners
• Recording service details, equipment information, and recommendations
• Managing calls and documentation through ServiceTitan or similar software
• Maintaining your vehicle, tools, and workspace
• Following company safety procedures and PPE requirements

The role is primarily residential HVAC service , with occasional light commercial work.

What You Need

• 3-5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to properly size HVAC equipment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working independently in customers' homes
• Dependable, professional approach to field service
• ServiceTitan or similar field-service software experience is a plus
• NATE certification preferred

Schedule & Territory

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Overtime available as needed
• Primarily Camp Hill and the greater Harrisburg area
• Most calls fall within approximately 15-30 miles
• Primarily residential service with occasional light commercial work

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Bend, kneel, climb, reach, and work from ladders
• Work at elevated heights
• Enter crawl spaces and other confined areas
• Work outdoors and in changing weather conditions
• Wear required PPE and follow job-site safety practices
