We hire for attitude, energy, and character first . We train the rest. Pay & Schedule
New hires start at $20/hr., plus bonus and commission
Strong performers can earn $75,000 to $80,000 per year (hourly plus bonus and commission)
Full-time, 5 days a week. 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Never work Sundays

• Help customers select the right floor covering for their home
• Provide a welcoming, professional in-store experience
• Build trust through clear communication and follow-through
• Guide customers through the sales process from start to finish
• Work closely with a supportive, service-focused team
