Case Manager: Client Advocacy & Community Support

ICES: Data, Discovery, Better Health

A community health services organization based in Marion, Ohio is seeking professionals to monitor client progress, provide crisis intervention, and assess needs. Candidates must have an HS diploma or GED, preferably an Associate degree in a human services field, and possess valid licensure and a Driver’s License.
