Food Safety Quality Technician

Schwartz Brothers Restaurants seeks a Food Safety Quality Technician to support our bakery and restaurant operations. In this role, you will perform routine quality and food safety checks, conduct product and environmental testing, verify HACCP and sanitation procedures, and accurately document results. You’ll collaborate with production, bakery, and culinary teams to investigate nonconformances, support corrective actions, and maintain regulatory and customer standards. This position is ideal for detail-oriented, hands-on professionals who value teamwork, learning, and consistent, high-quality food experiences.
