This isn't your typical Shift Leader position. You'll help lead one of the highest-volume Chick-fil-A restaurants in the area, coaching large teams, driving operational excellence, and developing the leadership skills needed for future advancement. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work alongside your team to execute excellent operations, build a positive and energetic culture, and deliver remarkable guest experiences during one of the busiest parts of the day. Your Impact Support and execute strong evening operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient close each shift Work across multiple areas of the restaurant to gain hands-on experience operating a high-volume business Lead and support team members during shifts, helping maintain a positive, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment Identify and encourage high-potential team members, supporting their growth and development Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and overall operational excellence Deliver a remarkable guest experience through every interaction Ensure a safe environment for both team members and guests by upholding all safety and food safety standards Background Profile 2 years of Leadership experience leading a team of 10+ 2+ year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment Strong work ethic and ability to perform in a high-energy environment Comfortable leading during evening and closing shifts consistently Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and operational excellence Strong communication and organizational skills Desire to grow into long-term leadership opportunities Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Apply now and you will be contacted ASAP.
