Asset Protection Associate (Full-Time)

Overview Asset Protection Associate position at Hibbett Retail, Inc. in Memphis, Tennessee. Hourly: $11.50. Responsibilities Maintain floor awareness; observe behavior and body language indicating potential theft. Communicate suspicious behavior to store managers. Work with managers to ensure personal belongings are checked prior to leaving the store. Thank customers for their business and invite them back. Be prepared to stop and confront customers observed concealing merchandise. Provide detailed information to police about stolen merchandise. Protect company assets and internal controls; inform management of potential fraud risks. Supervisory Responsibilities No supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications Positive customer service skills for interactions with store personnel and customers. Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing at all levels of the organization.
