Techero Roofing is a residential roofing contractor serving Southern California. The company is growing and is adding a field leadership position to its team.

Position summary

Techero is seeking an experienced roofing professional to oversee multiple job sites and crews while serving as the primary point of contact for homeowners on site. This position combines field leadership, customer communication, and hands-on roofing work.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple active job sites and crews, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
• Meet with homeowners to explain project scope, inspection findings, and next steps
• Perform roof inspections and assess needed work
• Complete minor repairs on site as needed
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and maintain an organized work environment
• Coordinate with the office on scheduling, materials, and project status

Qualifications

• Hands-on residential roofing experience, including installation and crew leadership
• Ability to manage multiple job sites at the same time
• Strong communication skills and a professional manner with homeowners
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently

Compensation and benefits

• Base salary of $80,000 to $90,000, depending on experience
• Bonus and incentive pay
