URGENT: Housekeeper Wanted - Now Hiring: Reliable Housekeeper In Evans, Ga - Earn $20 $30 Per Hour With Flexible Hours!

I am looking for a reliable housekeeper in Evans, Georgia to help maintain my mother's home. I need someone to perform general housekeeping on a weekly or biweekly basis. We are looking for someone to build a strong relationship with and, if interested, there is the potential for additional project work and full housekeeping/turn down services during Master's week when the home is rented out. Key responsibilities will include cleaning the Master Bedroom/Bathroom, kitchen, guest bathroom, and laundry room thoroughly. General cleaning/tidying of the first-floor common areas (dusting, vacuuming, glass cleaning, steam mopping). Any assistance with tasks such as unloading the dishwasher, folding laundry, watering houseplants, etc. would be an added bonus. While the home is large (6 bedrooms), the regular housekeeping is only focused on the first floor common areas & master bedroom/bathroom area. Guest areas are not frequently used. I am looking for someone who is not intimidated by cleaning high-end homes with expensive furnishings, and who can handle this work with discretion and professionalism. Work schedule is flexible: both of my parents are retired and spend much of their time at home. They can be flexible with specific work days, as long as notice is provided beforehand and urgent deadlines (such as cleaning before receiving visitors) are met. Interview process is expected to include 2 phone conversations, 1 in-person meeting, and completion of background & reference checks. I am offering $20-$30 per hour for the right person, and I am hopeful to find a long-term housekeeper.
