Hiring Bonus: $2,500
Full-Time Shifts: 3rd shift (Overnight is 9:15pm - 7:15am). Including rotating holidays and weekends

Who We're Looking For:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Must be at least 21 years old
* Valid driver's license with a good driving record
* Demonstrate to criteria while maintaining current in CPR and nationally recognized personal restraint model must be obtained during pre-service training required.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Teaching skills and monitoring youth behavior
* Creating a safe and positive living environment
* Supporting youth academic success and personal development
* Transporting youth to appointments, school, and activities
* Assists with intake and departure documentation
* Observes and participates in mediation and planning conferences with youth and their families.
* Other Duties: This job description incorporates the essential functions and duties required for this position. However, other duties may be required and assigned at times and as determined by a supervisor in order to meet the needs of the organization.
* Serves as a role model in carrying out activities and behaviors that reflect the values and principles of the Boys Town mission.
* Physically and emotionally able to manage stressful situations
* Work indoors with some outdoor activities and occasional interruptions
