Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat students with a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain thorough documentation
- Work closely with teachers, families, and support staff to monitor progress and set goals
- Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to each student's unique needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and professional development as required
