Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and bookkeeping entries Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Reconcile bank statements and monthly financial reports Prepare and manage payroll processing for staff Monitor cash flow and assist with budget tracking Generate financial statements and reports for management review Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax preparation Requirements Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related financial role Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar platforms Strong understanding of general ledger, AR/AP, and bank reconciliation High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial tasks Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Experience in the automotive or service industry is a plus About Us Midas - Legacy Golden Touch is a proud franchise location of the iconic Midas brand, serving the Richmond, TX community with top-quality automotive repair and maintenance services.
