Essential Duties And Responsibilities Patrolling and monitoring exterior and community areas on premises. Access control of entrances and exits and departure of employees and visitors. Monitoring surveillance cameras for any disruptions or unlawful activities Providing detailed reports on daily activities and/or incidents that may have occurred. Knowledgeable and able to effectively use magnetometer and X-ray machines. Using provided communication devices such as two-way radios in a clear and concise manner Performing CPR or first aid when needed Ensure credentials are maintained per contract requirements. Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor and/or Project Manager. Minimum Requirements Two (2) years of experience security experience. Must possess and maintain a valid Security Guard Card. Strong relevant knowledge of the security industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have a customer service-driven mindset Ability to communicate effectively and present information to all levels of internal and external customers Education Requirements (All) High School Diploma/GED Associates Degree Certification Requirements (All) CPR/First Aid MD Armed Guard Card Firearms Qualification O.C. aerosol spray MEB Expandable Baton NWDTP Training FPS Orientation Certificate Initials Weapon Training DHS Suitability This is a Full-Time position #J-18808-Ljbffr
